Rental terms, requirements and booking conditions
These terms set out driver requirements, deposits, mileage and booking confirmation that apply before any vehicle is reserved.
Booking and driver requirements
Every booking starts with an enquiry sent through our form or by e-mail. Once we have your dates, pickup point and preferred model, we confirm the exact vehicle, daily rate and any delivery cost in writing before you commit to a reservation. All prices, deposits and fees are quoted in euros and set per vehicle and season; we do not publish a fixed rate for each model, since availability and demand shift through the year.
To rent any car in the fleet you must be at least 21 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum of two years. Our top-tier supercars, Lamborghini, Ferrari and McLaren, require drivers to be 25 or older with at least three years' licence held, and these details are checked against your documents at the time of booking.
Deposit, mileage and delivery
The security deposit is set for each vehicle and confirmed when you book. It is held against damage, fines and contract breaches and released after the return inspection. We do not publish deposit figures in advance, because the amount reflects the model, value and insurance terms attached to that specific car.
A daily mileage allowance is included with every rental and varies by model; the exact limit for your car is stated in the written offer before you sign. Kilometres driven beyond that allowance are billed separately at the rate shown in the same offer, so there is no surprise once the car is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery to Madrid-Barajas airport (all terminals), your hotel, or an address in Madrid, Pozuelo, La Moraleja or Las Rozas is arranged as part of the booking. The delivery cost depends on distance and timing and is itemised in the quote you receive before you confirm the reservation.
